Who we are...
Turning great ideas into great content
Lexical Llama was founded in 2016 by language and linguistics fanatic Hazel Broadley, with the aim of helping emerging and growing tech companies become thought leaders in their field (without having to sustain heavy agency costs to do so). Today, Lexical Lexical helps clients articulate their thoughts through a range of online ad offline channels.
An introduction to foreign languages at school - including the rigorous rules of German grammar - made Hazel consider English from a whole new perspective, and from there she went on to study German with Linguistics at Reading University and the University of Göttingen.
Hazel's ten-year career in PR and Marketing culminated in her role as Account Director for a global technology PR firm. Since then, she has written and edited copy on a diverse range of topics, specialising in ad tech, mar tech, data ops, media and publishing.
Alex originally graduated with a scientific computing degree in 2010 and was involved in postgraduate research before moving into the IT sector in 2013.
Today, Alex draws on his experiences in science and technology to lead a number of research projects for the team, as well as writing on a range of topics from digital marketing technology to small business advice.
After graduating from Kingston University, Clare built up her career as a recruitment consultant specialising in IT, Finance and Auditing, before going on to qualify as an HR management consultant.
At Lexical Llama, as well as managing the office, Clare writes on a range of topics including health and fitness, social media marketing and small business advice.
