Who we are...

About us

Turning great ideas into great content

We empower adtech, martech, and B2B tech companies (and their PR, marketing and creative agencies) to become thought leaders in their field.

We work closely with clients to help articulate their ideas across a range of online and offline channels and formats.

Hazel Broadley

Seeing a gap in the market for specialist ad tech content writers with first-hand knowledge of industry trends, challenges and solutions, Hazel founded Lexical Llama in 2016.

After studying German/Linguistics at Reading University and the University of Göttingen, her agency career culminated in a senior role at a global PR firm.

Today, with her 15 years’ experience in B2B tech PR, Hazel leads the team in writing and consulting across a diverse range of B2B content, specialising in adtech, martech, dataops and digital media.

Hazel is also Content Lead at The Women in Programmatic Network, a global organisation dedicated to championing women in ad tech.

Alex Boswell

Alex graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Technology in 2017, and has since pivoted into digital marketing. He later earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of South Wales, with a pending PhD in Consumer Behaviour.

Alex specialises in crafting compelling B2B / SaaS content across adtech, martech, ecommerce, and UX. He also develops original client research to help companies grow their brands through thought leadership. Alex is a core member of the tech writing team at Lexical Llama.

Rebecca D'Arcy Howard

B2B tech writer Rebecca worked for 15 years in the Banking sector, performing various relationship management roles, alongside voluntary activities such as mentoring programmes and community internships. When not writing, she is also a workshop facilitator for a financial education charity in schools around London.

A love of books, good grammar and all things Spanish led Rebecca to complete a BA in English Literature and Spanish, followed by an MA from University College London in Hispanic Studies.

Alex Baggott

Alex graduated with a scientific computing degree in 2010 and immersed himself in postgraduate research before moving into the IT sector in 2013.

Today, Alex draws on his experiences in science and technology to lead a number of research projects for the team, as well as writing on a range of topics from digital marketing technology to small business advice.
